Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our business function, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide complex and proactive calendar support for multiple leaders
  • Make recommendations for your leaders with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage all related details
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of your leaders

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company
  • Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute
  • Excellent with time management and able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed
  • Adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence
  • Able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth technology startup
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience supporting multiple complex calendars
  • Experience booking and managing both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Experience with expense reporting
