Responsibilities include receiving and processing sales orders to ensure timely and complete delivery, assisting in creating and maintaining new customer accounts, managing customer master data and handling pricing administration, addressing pricing variances with customers and the sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with our Canadian sales teams, and processing return authorizations and credit requests.
