Job Description: We offer a challenging position as a Rechnungsleger/Gewährleistungssachbearbeiter (Accountant/Guarantee Claims Handler) in our finance department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Abrechnung und Rechnungserstellung von externen & internen Serviceaufträgen (Invoicing and billing of external and internal service orders)
• Erstellung von Gutschriften und Stornos (Creating credits and cancellations)
• Abrechnung und Rechnungsstellung von Garantie-/Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzaufträgen gemäß den Herstellervorgaben (Invoicing and billing of guarantee/ warranty and claims according to manufacturer's specifications)
• Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsgutschriften (Processing of warranty credits)
• Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu Garantie- & Gewährleistungsthemen (Contact person for questions regarding guarantee and warranty issues)
• Sicherstellung und Kontrolle zur Einhaltung der Standards (Ensuring and controlling adherence to standards)
• Abrechnung & Abwicklung der Unfallkorrespondenz (Invoicing and processing of accident correspondence)
• Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen (Processing of incoming invoices)

Requirements:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung (Completed commercial or technical vocational training)
• Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (Professional experience in a comparable position)
• Verbindliche Arbeitsweise (Reliable work ethic)
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement (Reliability, teamwork ability, and commitment)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Very good German language skills in writing and speaking)
• Erfahrung mit der Marke Porsche bzw. den Konzernmarken und dem DMS-System Cross von Vorteil (Experience with the Porsche brand or group brands and the DMS System Cross is an advantage)
