As a Product Manager Business Innovation at Ford Bank, you will actively shape the future of the financial and mobility industry.
You will develop and optimize innovative financial products, lead exciting marketing and sales projects, and identify growth opportunities through creative strategies in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- You will independently take responsibility for all growth initiatives for the used car business of Ford Bank.
- You will design and optimize forward-thinking financial products and control their introduction in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
- You will lead or support projects for the further development of the Ford Bank product portfolio, drive growth initiatives, and tap into new distribution channels.
- You will develop new business models and identify strategic growth opportunities to place Ford Bank financing and leasing products profitably on the market.
- You will create convincing presentations and decision templates, promote collaboration with partners, and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives.
- You will assume responsibility as a representative of the Head of Innovation and Product Development and actively participate in strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in economics, marketing, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of professional experience in marketing and sales as well as project management, ideally in the finance, mobility, or consulting industry, and are experienced in working with internal and external stakeholders.
- You stand out for analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and result-oriented working style.
- Your initiative, confident appearance, and high dynamism and resilience make you a motor for innovations.
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and secure handling of AI tools.
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
