Senior Product Manager, Payments

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payments to own our payments product alongside a small, dedicated team.

Our platform processes at least $3 billion in payment volume, moving money across various surfaces including banking, debit cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, and payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Own the payments product roadmap with a dedicated payments team covering banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, payroll, and our billing platform.
• Consolidate and simplify a payments platform assembled from many legacy system integrations.
• Work hands-on with fintech partners who power most of our payment capabilities, and own the integration and reconciliation/tracking layer across them.
• Spend significant time with customers to understand how money actually moves for them and where it breaks.
• Partner daily with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate.
• Navigate the laws and regulations governing payments and financial services.
• Own your metrics end to end, from integration reliability to customer outcomes.

Requirements:

• Senior PM with a strong payments background (fintech a plus).
• Exceptionally high attention to detail; strong finance background is a plus.
• Excited to be close to the build and close to customers, not managing from a distance.
• Likes working on a small team and moving fast; bias toward action.
• Comfortable with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards.
• Uses AI tools and figures things out independently.
