SAP Finance Consultant - Manufacturing practice

We are seeking a SAP Finance Consultant to join our Manufacturing practice. As a senior client-facing advisor, you will serve as a lead expert for SAP Finance transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective/system conversion projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as senior client-facing advisor for SAP Finance transformation programs
• Lead due diligence, value proposition, and business case discussions with client finance leadership
• Own end-to-end solution vision for large/complex SAP FICO engagements
• Provide oversight and quality assurance on FICO solution architecture, design, and configuration
• Guide fit-to-standard workshops and ensure adherence to SAP and industry best practices
• Review and validate high-level and detailed design documents, integration approaches, and data migration strategy
• Ensure delivery governance, risk management, quality checkpoints, and adherence to timelines/budgets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of SAP FICO Consultants and Sr. Consultants
• Foster a high-performance culture and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead role
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations
• Strong experience in Manufacturing sector
• Strong expertise across core FICO processes
• Experience in integration across non-finance process areas
• Good experience in presales, proposal writing, effort estimation, and solutioning for RFPs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance preferred
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks
• Business fluency in German and English
