Sr. Financial Analyst

Logitech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team, supporting Global Commercial Organization (GCO) opex management.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, contributing significantly to a strong and fast-paced group.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly Opex reporting packages, analyzing trends, drivers, variances, and identifying risks and opportunities
• Manage AOP/Forecast with continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
• Handle BG allocation with qualified commercial comments
• Enhance Marcom tracking and analysis
• Automate comprehensive trackers and Opex analysis
• Manage PO receiving and accruals
• Compile MRC review report for internal audit
• Educate business and region teams on financial policies, definitions, and processes
• Engage in corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions
• Foster strong relationships with Region FA teams, Marketing teams, and other finance and corporate functions

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Electronics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams globally
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing large amounts of financial data with high accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs
• Experience with OneStream, Oracle, Tableau, or other BI systems
• Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and ambiguity

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
