Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Treasury team. This position initially reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and will support our debt management, covenant compliance and lender reporting. A high level of ownership and curiosity will be required, as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Fixed Assets team to prepare borrowing requests, supporting files and other deliverables for CoreWeave's delayed draw term loan facilities
  • Prepare materials used for investor, management, and board-level presentations to support capital management decisions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly fixed asset reports, compliance certificates and associated schedules
  • Support interest rate hedging activities by analyzing and forecasting exposure, reconciling trades and settlements, and preparing hedge recommendations, memos and hedge designation documentation
  • Be an integral part of the team handling debt fundraising initiatives, supporting deal structuring, due diligence, execution and funding
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls for borrowings, debt disclosures and interest rate hedging
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issues

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have worked on large scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Investment banking, private equity, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format.
  • Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business.
  • Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.
  • Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience in Netsuite, and Bloomberg is a plus) including AI tools.
