Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role supports the Air Defense business line, focusing on product and program financial management, income statement forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple products and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Own financial management of key programs within the Air Defense business area
• Partner with proposals and capture teams to shape cost structure, pricing strategy, and margin targets
• Drive financial execution and profitability of new and existing programs
• Apply working knowledge of government contracting, contract types, cost accounting, and compliance
• Own rolling monthly forecasts and work closely with key engineering stakeholders
• Analyze and monitor contract and product profit margins
• Deliver monthly internal management reporting and prepare variance analysis
• Build reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and ERP tools
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams across the full work order lifecycle

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial systems, data management, and complex modeling
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
