Description
This is a Growth Advisor role in Leasing at Belong, a category-defining company on a mission to replace a broken industry with something the world has never seen. As a Growth Advisor, you will sit at one of the most important inflection points in the Belong experience: the moment a prospective resident finds a home they love and decides whether to make it theirs.
You will operate with tools that surface the right leads, prepare you for every conversation, and automate everything that should be automated, so your time is spent entirely on what matters: building trust and closing. Your goal is to convert leads into signed leases with rigor and care, following up with precision and without being annoying.
As a representative of the Belong brand, you will speak the Belong language: residents, not tenants; homes, not units; members, not customers. You will handle objections with confidence, believing in what you are selling because it is the truth: this is structurally different from anything else out there.
You will contribute to the machine by flagging friction in the leasing funnel, participating in the iteration of AI-assisted leasing tools, and operating with radical ownership. If a resident falls through the cracks, it is not someone else's problem. It is yours.
We are looking for someone who is early in their career, relentlessly curious about technology, and genuinely excited about what AI makes possible. You are a natural communicator: warm, confident, and direct. You listen before you talk, read people quickly, and adjust accordingly.
You take ownership seriously, do not pass problems down the hall, and solve them or flag them with a proposed solution. You are obsessed with learning, not looking for a job that stays the same. You want to be significantly better in 12 months than you are today.
You care about the humans on the other end of the conversation. A resident trusting you with their next home is a real thing. You treat it that way.
What you bring:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, real estate, or anything that required you to earn trust quickly and move people to action.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex process simply and make a skeptical person feel comfortable.
- Comfort with data and digital tools. CRMs, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows are part of how you work, not things you avoid.
- Track record of setting goals and caring about whether you hit them.
- Genuine interest in real estate, tech-enabled services, or the intersection of both.
