We are looking for a Division Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing Maneuver Dominance Division Operations team in Costa Mesa, CA.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our internal business lines as well as the entire division.
The Maneuver Dominance Division Operations team is a small but mighty team of talented business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible.
We’re looking for someone to help us build out the business infrastructure required to grow this into Anduril’s largest division over the next few years.
Our goal is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation of autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead various strategic initiatives and special projects, as directed by General Managers and Division Operations Leads, to establish scalable operations across the portfolio
- Act as the connective tissue between efforts related to the design, development, and implementation of new processes, strategy, and execution plans
- Coordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings
- Support internal team operations: new employee onboarding, all hands, internal business reviews, and other division-wide events
- Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans
- Establish the operating model and battle rhythm for a rapidly growing team with an emphasis on cross-division coordination and repeatable execution patterns
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or general business analysis
- Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way
- High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
- Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute on them
- Discerning and an incredibly fast learner
- Tactical and able to operate at a detailed level
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
- Experience working at or with Aerospace & Defense companies, Robotics, Technology, or other manufacturing heavy companies directly or in an advisory capacity
- Experience working at a startup or ability to establish processes and SOPs from scratch
