Description
We are looking for a Commercial Finance Controller to lead planning, insights, and continuous improvements across Tony's P&L in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
This is a commercial finance role with real influence, and you will play a key role in shaping Tony's growth trajectory in one of our most important markets.
As a trusted partner to the local leadership team, you will closely follow commercial and operational developments, proactively manage risks and opportunities, and translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations that keep the business and mission on track.
Key responsibilities include leading planning and control cycles, driving revenue growth management, enabling profitability insights, strengthening decision-making with data, and championing insights and tools.
Requirements include at least 4 years of commercial finance experience within FMCG, with a proven track record in Business Control or Commercial Finance roles.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on P&L ownership, strong financial and business acumen, a sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think strategically and critically.
They will also be a natural storyteller who loves numbers, sees the bigger picture, and can turn dashboards into compelling stories for non-finance leaders across teams and cultures.
In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, be able to influence and align diverse stakeholders, adapt their style to different audiences, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multinational setting.
They should also be comfortable working with BI and planning tools, such as Jedox, Power BI, or similar, to drive insight-led decision-making and performance management.
Finally, the candidate should be independent, proactive, and resilient in their approach, comfortable taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes in a dynamic, fast-changing scale-up environment.
