FBS Strategy Integration & Reporting Analyst

You will be a member of the Strategy Integration & Reporting team, analyzing the effectiveness of new and existing agency management, performance, and compensation programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the development and creation of proposals and programs to improve productivity and profitability
• Analyzing data to identify trends in production and profitability
• Providing analytics and reporting to support business decisions
• Engaging with senior leadership through meetings and presentations
• Developing data analysis and recommendations for the Independent Agency Distribution Organization

The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in Python, Power BI, and SQL.
