We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany.
As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Red Bull by developing innovative pricing strategies, optimizing trade terms and promotions to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic pricing models based on market conditions and competitor analysis
- Design and evaluate promotion strategies to maximize sales and profit margins
- Conduct data analysis and utilize advanced pricing tools to inform pricing decisions
- Collaborate with key account teams, sales force, finance department, and headquarters to ensure effective implementation of revenue management strategy
- Optimize distribution channels and trade investments to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships within Red Bull to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Fluent in German and English
- Comprehensive experience in FMCG sector with expertise in Category Management, Key Account Management, and Trade Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
