The Director Latam FX Trading role involves providing timely and accurate dealing services for clients, managing the firm's inventory and trading risk, and ensuring fair treatment of customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining various risk positions within set limits
• Providing liquidity and trade ideas to clients
• Managing buy and sell orders in cooperation with the sales desk
• Providing consistent and accurate pricing service to the sales force and clients
• Executing firm and customers' trades in accordance with desk Volcker designation
• Developing and communicating a clear vision aligned with HSBC's overall vision and goals
• Leading, developing, and motivating the leadership team
• Establishing and maintaining a robust control environment
