Description
Ford U.S. Payroll is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused payroll analyst to work at the Payroll Service Center based in Ford Mexico.
The Payroll Help Desk Analyst will handle high-volume data processing, collaborate with work partners in the resolution of complex pay discrepancies, and serve as a primary contact for employee payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and assist employees with payroll-related issues regarding paychecks, benefits, and deductions in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide analysis when needed for effective resolution of inquiries.
- Collaborate with other functional skill teams to investigate and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly operational metric reports to measure performance and quality of data or services.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Experience in handling employee payroll-related matters using CRM tools.
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to details.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal employee information.
- Experience with Microsoft tools and other HRIS or payroll software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and understanding of financial data.
Education qualification
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Administration or other relevant studies.
