VIE Commitment Board Officer

Join our team at Eurostar Group, a leading European railway company, as a VIE Commitment Board Officer in the Finance, Strategy & Transformation department.

As a key member of the Commitment Management & Projects team, you will play a crucial role in driving project management and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the Commitment Board: administration, agenda management, and analysis of investment proposals
• Ensuring internal communication: sharing project information and investment requests within the finance department (Control, Procurement, Taxes & Accounting)
• Analyzing projects: scoring projects based on their relevance and alignment with the company's global strategy
• Contributing to project portfolio management: participating in the development and maintenance of the company's project portfolio

Requirements:

• Master's degree in finance, business, or equivalent
• Strong communication, proactive, and project management skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation skills
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and good level of English
