Senior Accountant II, Revenue Accounting

You will be working as a Senior Accountant II, Revenue Accounting at Electronic Arts' Global Finance Centre in Hyderabad. This role involves managing end-to-end revenue billings for complex digital portfolios, including both system-integrated streams via Oracle and manual billings for non-integrated sources.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end revenue billings for complex digital portfolios
• Posting JEs, including Sales Accruals, Close Cash, Fee Actuals, and Intercompany (ICO)
• Preparing and analysing key financial reports, including Transaction Register, Account Analysis Download Reports, and Trial Balance Reports
• Performing cash reconciliations and ERP reconciliations for ORI portfolios
• Owning and preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring resolution of variances and outstanding items
• Supporting revenue streams billings that are fully integrated with Oracle, as well as those requiring manual input or offline tracking
• Raising, monitoring, and escalating IT tickets related to billing and source data discrepancies
• Participating in Oracle ERP upgrades and system testing; validating results and reporting issues
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements across revenue accounting workflows

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA / ICWA / CMA
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting, revenue operations, or shared service
• Good accounting skills and understanding of revenue recognition
• Proficient in ERP & Revenue systems, Microsoft Excel, and other collaboration tools in Microsoft Suite
