Job Title: Manager, Paid Search

Are you interested in becoming a Manager in our Paid Search Practice? As a manager in Paid Search, you'll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You'll apply your Paid Search knowledge and experience to have a positive impact on client deliverables and the wider team around you.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
• Track and optimise campaigns.
• Be a point of contact for our clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and implement guidelines and processes contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
• Contribute to developing best-practice roadmaps so that our Paid Search offering is continually developing.
• Mentor others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Strong Paid Search delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
• Passionate about their craft.
• Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
• Good understanding of how other channels work and optimise together.
• Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.
