Senior Director of Corporate Messaging

The Senior Director of Corporate Messaging will lead strategic pillars shaping Okta's market perception, create unified messaging and positioning, amplify competitive positioning, and accelerate growth through thought leadership and actionable content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, scale, and lead a world-class global team in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Foster a culture of creativity, rigor, and cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders
• Own the development of innovative, differentiated messaging and value propositions across product lines and corporate strategy
• Develop, test, and evangelize Okta's messaging and positioning
• Define and evolve Okta's corporate narrative, key messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning
• Partner with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to translate strategic vision and product innovation into compelling market narratives
• Own the strategy and oversight of high-impact content across multiple formats, channels, and audience segments
• Build scalable content frameworks and lead the development of strategic content assets
• Represent Okta with industry analysts and conduct regular customer engagement activities

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles in enterprise SaaS or cloud technology
• Proven success building and scaling teams in high-growth, complex environments
• Deep expertise in corporate positioning, content strategy, and analyst relations programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities and forward-thinking operator with comfort working with emerging technologies

The OTE range for this position is between $269,000-$370,000 USD. Okta offers equity and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave.
