Student Marketeer - Novi Pazar

As a Student Marketeer, your job is to create and execute smart sales & marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.

You will be an ambassador of our brand and products, understanding the target group of Red Bull and being responsible for promoting the brand image, presenting and understanding products in your area of work.

Your goal is to reach new customers, interest students, increase sales, and manage business in your assigned city or region.

This includes direct contact with consumers, sharing products, and working on Red Bull's unforgettable events.

Student Markeeteers enjoy the flexibility of the job and love working in a creative atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of the brand and products
• Increase the user base by introducing consumers to our product and its benefits at the right time and place
• Create and implement targeted innovative activity plans at and around the faculty, presenting a positive image of our brand
• Connect, establish, and maintain contacts with key individuals
• Use authentic content from Red Bull channels on your social media to inspire others
• Work on Red Bull events or those we support to ensure an unforgettable experience for our consumers
• Achieve undeniable success in your job and show passion for details in all areas of your role
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular interaction
• Plan and report precisely and on time about your activities via the appropriate platform
• Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business by providing insights into the local situation, trends, and opportunities
• Build relationships with local sales managers and ensure availability and visibility of Red Bull at the point of sale
• Collaborate with the sales sector to expand Red Bull distribution within your faculty, city, and beyond
• Use available resources from the Red Bull world to make our products the customer's first choice
• Ensure excellence in implementing established sales standards

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, and positive personality
• High accessibility with the ability to connect with different people in different situations
• Knowledge of student life, various faculties in your city and region, including student activities and popular places
• Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of responsibility and self-initiative
• Ability to balance work and studying, ideally available for occasional evening and weekend work
• Inclination and desire to learn and adopt new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Connection with different influential groups and individuals at faculties
• Devotion to the Red Bull brand and products
• Driver's license category B
• Student status
• Fluent Serbian and English language
