Junior GL Accountant

We are seeking a Junior GL Accountant to join our team. As a Junior GL Accountant, you will perform general ledger accounting and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. You will also handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements, manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and support team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant accounting (1-2 years) experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment
• Strong ERP expertise (preferable SAP)
• Good knowledge MS Office (EXCEL and WORD)
• English language knowledge, German is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, good communication skills
• Willingness to travel abroad (4-5 times a year)
