About the Role

As an Associate Partner - Financial Services, you will provide strategic leadership to drive the sale of transformation engagements within the banking sector. You will lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programs across both business and technology domains, demonstrating strong domain expertise across Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, and AI-driven propositions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive the sale of transformation engagements within the banking sector.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programs across both business and technology domains.
• Take full accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for assigned key accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance across relevant market segments.
• Manage business development activities within key accounts to ensure Infosys Consulting is well positioned to deliver high-quality services.
• Strengthen Infosys Consulting's presence in major accounts while expanding relationships across additional existing clients.
• Contribute to proposal development, highlighting the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and winning themes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers, supporting their career growth through coaching, counselling, performance development, and ongoing guidance.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience within a services organization, guiding both direct and matrixed teams while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Extensive networks, industry relationships, and thought leadership engagements (conferences, forums, publications, etc.).
• Ability to operate comfortably at senior levels within complex organizations, building credibility, trust, and strong client rapport.
• Proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services, meeting business objectives in large, rapidly evolving corporate environments.
• Expertise in technology domains, aligning functional areas with business requirements to support organizational vision.
• Strong, engaging presentation skills to large audiences with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborative, hands-on leadership style, setting the tone by example.
• Passion for disruptive innovation and transformative ideas.
• Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially when working with senior client stakeholders.
