Job Title: Regulatory Operations Lead
The Regulatory Operations Lead will join the Cities team, which leads the work necessary to implement regulatory products and processes needed globally to comply with regulations. The role will involve advising and guiding cross-functional teams across geographies on varied regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and execution of highly scalable regulatory programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies for senior leadership
- Partner with cross-functional technical partners to design systems and tooling that enable proactive, automated compliance solutions
- Identify and lead resolution of regulatory risks or incidents, coordinating with legal and policy counterparts to develop mitigation and escalation strategies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex regulatory environment
- Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate regulatory risks
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory information as applicable and required for varied audiences

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Pay Range $160,000-$200,000 USD
