Accounts Payable Intern

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to join our finance team. As an intern, you will be responsible for managing the data entry of supplier invoices for the companies within our group, both Italian and foreign. You will report to the Accounts Payable Coordinator and support in entering national and foreign supplier invoices, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and aging management.

Requirements:

• At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing is required; a University Degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and proactivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must

This position is on a hybrid model: 4 days at the office in Cinisello Balsamo (Milan) and 1 day remotely. We offer a meal voucher as a benefit.
