Description
As a High Net Worth Relationship Manager - LATAM, you will acquire, maintain, and grow profitable long-term relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals resident in or with a nexus to LATAM, with a preference for Mexico.
The role requires combining client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities to ensure the required credit quality and requisite returns on risk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Originating target market clients focused on investment AUM, lending, and Advisory services, collaborating with US and LATAM network, as well as developing self-sourced prospects and referral sources in Mexico
- Growing revenues across allocated portfolio and originating new revenue streams, increasing HSBC's share of client wallet, involving product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with UHNW and HNW client requirements
- Establishing and maintaining networks for cooperation with other HSBC businesses to support the creation of solutions to customer needs that span geographical/product boundaries and regulatory environments
You will likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Familiarity in working with clients and prospects who are high-potential HNW/UHNW clients
- Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation
- Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem-solving
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
- Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
- Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
