Description
As a Property Manager at Flow, you will oversee all aspects of operations for a Flow community, ensuring an outstanding experience for our neighbours. You will lead a team committed to excellence, drive resident satisfaction and retention, and work cross-functionally to optimise property performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational & Financial Management: Foster a welcoming and engaged community, ensure high levels of resident satisfaction, respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests, implement strategies to enhance neighbour retention and long-term occupancy, and organise community initiatives that strengthen engagement and create a sense of belonging.
- Resident Experience & Community Building: Foster a welcoming and engaged community, ensure high levels of resident satisfaction, respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests, implement strategies to enhance neighbour retention and long-term occupancy, and organise community initiatives that strengthen engagement and create a sense of belonging.
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service, set clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability measures for the team, and cultivate a culture of ownership, urgency, and high standards across the team.
- Market Positioning & Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning, and work closely with marketing and leasing teams to refine campaigns and drive demand.
Ideal background includes 5+ years of experience in property management, proven expertise in the hospitality industry, strong leadership and team management experience, deep understanding of customer service, property operations, and financial management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience working with expatriates, corporate clients, and a diverse resident base, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
