As a practicum student, you will be a member of our Workplace Team. You will take on exciting tasks and projects and implement them with great passion together with our committed team.
Your tasks will include:
- Taking over important tasks in operational and administrative office management (site management, supplier management, workshop and desk booking tool, etc.)
- Actively shaping daily routines and being a competent point of contact for MHP
- Supporting the development of processes and projects in workplace management and contributing to increased efficiency
- Developing and designing creative concepts and presentations for our service offerings
- Working on our internal event management to make a valuable contribution to our ONEMHPTeam
- Actively shaping the open and dynamic corporate culture and making MHP a better place to work
To be well-equipped for your path as a practicum student, you should have the following qualifications:
- Study in the field of economics, social sciences, humanities, psychology, hospitality, tourism, event and project management, or comparable
- Passion for office management, event management, organization, project management, new work concepts, and new work
- Knowledge and first experiences in working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Your way of working is characterized by a high level of self-responsibility, structured approach, creative thinking, and a hands-on mentality with developed teamwork thoughts;

- Requirement: valid enrollment at a university or college
- Start: 01.09.2026 / 01.10.2026
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

- Language: Fluent German and English
