Description

Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, leadership staff and associates of the PDC. This role has a wide range of responsibilities to include Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, reporting and analysis for the efficient operation of the PDC.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and front-desk support, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, documentation, service records, and coordination with internal teams
  • Process, code, track, and submit vendor invoices; review Accounts Payable reports and support month-end activities.
  • Schedule vendor visits, verify credentials and safety requirements, and enforce site access procedures.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, time-off tracking, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Maintain attendance and employee point systems and track productivity and performance data.
  • Support safety programs, incident reporting, compliance documentation, and audits.
  • Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and assist with data entry for leadership and operations.
  • Assist with customer service calls and general operational support as needed.
  • Support other operational and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School degree required and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years advanced level administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/operations/logistics related role is preferred

Skills:

  • Advanced level proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Exposure to ADT or similar security system experience
  • Working knowledge of ADP or similar time keeping product
  • Experience with SAP accounting/warehouse system is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct Supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for both internal and external clients at all levels
  • Ability to analyze and build custom reports and presentations
