Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join its team. As a Business Operations Associate, you will be responsible for improving Anduril's operations and executing special projects. You will work across and within every division and functional organization to improve the processes that define and support Anduril's growth. You will also be responsible for owning operational projects end-to-end, from definition to solutioning to implementation. You will work on strategic problems, providing structure to ambiguity and helping shepherd cross-functional groups of stakeholders towards decisions on strategic issues.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role. You will be self-driven and relentlessly proactive, with a strong analytical aptitude and the ability to communicate broadly and have a lot of eyes on your work. You will be comfortable working at a place where no one minds if you leave early one day to go to an appointment or run an errand, but you also don't mind responding to Slacks in the evening while you're watching Netflix.
This role requires the ability to translate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, Deployments, and more. You will be responsible for leading large meetings, managing large Slack channels, and wrangling stakeholders towards a solution. You will also be responsible for working deeply within data and systems, becoming intimately familiar with how Anduril's business systems function, and leveraging data from them to execute scrappy analyses on short timelines.
The salary range for this role is $113,000-$149,000 USD, plus highly competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
