Join our M&A team as an intern/working student and play a vital role in driving our strategic acquisitions. You will identify and evaluate promising opportunities, support due diligence processes, and take hands-on responsibility in post-merger integration work streams.

Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role within the M&A department to drive our strategic acquisitions
- Identify and evaluate the most promising opportunities for M&A
- Support in due diligence processes
- Take hands-on responsibility in different post-merger integration work streams
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university program with an excellent academic background (top 20%) in business or technical studies
- Previous experiences in start-ups, consulting, or corporate finance are a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility and a confident self-starter
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Excellent communication skills and a strong motivation to grow personally
- Excellent English skills. Any further European language is a plus
