As a Solution Operations Manager, Revenue Growth, you will work closely with the Solutions team and leadership to develop detailed pre-sales and post-sales operational plans, analyze and optimize Solutions team performance, and develop processes and KPIs to improve efficiency.
Technical Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop frameworks to standardize how the Solutions team approaches different customer technical needs within and across segments.
- Identify opportunities for experiment-driven improvements in the technical sales and implementation process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams, product development, and revenue operations to align technical implementation capabilities with customer needs.
- Support the development of professional services offerings and technical engagement models that maximize customer success.
- Collaborate with product & engineering teams to ensure Solutions team feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
Drive Delivery Excellence
- Design and implement scalable frameworks and AI products that help Solutions teams consistently deliver value to clients, from pre-sales through post-sales.
- Translate successful delivery patterns into repeatable, operationalized processes - reducing variability and increasing team efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Support
- Identify and operationalize the right metrics to optimize the Solutions team impact on customer success & revenue.
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms around technical implementation KPIs.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, operations, chief of staff within technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services environments.
- Proven track record in optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities.
- Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills: ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Technical acumen and AI fluency: understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges.
