The Thomas Yoseloff Business Center at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library (SNFL) is The New York Public Library’s premier business library. It offers free resources for personal finance, investing, small business, and career advancement. The center provides premium electronic resources, training classes, and one-on-one counseling sessions.
The Business Projects Coordinator will work closely with the Business Center’s Senior Manager and Finance Team to:
- Support planning and implementation of business and finance initiatives across the Library
- Develop and maintain community partnerships for business and finance programming
- Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for business and finance programs
- Assist with marketing programs and outreach activities
- Troubleshoot programmatic and logistical issues with partners and branch staff
- Maintain a database of trusted partners/potential vendors for business and financial programming
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting tax preparation programs in branch libraries
- Coordinating contracting for business and finance programming
- Creating staff-facing messaging and resources
- Assisting with outreach activities and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- 5+ years of business experience
- 5+ years of outreach experience
- 2+ years of experience training/teaching small business owners
Skills:
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work productively across projects
- Proficiency with Drupal preferred

Schedule:
