Partnerships Associate

Twitch is looking for a Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate, and develop high-potential creators on the platform.

As a Partnerships Associate, you will work across two creator pipelines: managing Twitch's inbound creator program and proactively recruiting creators from other platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Review daily reports to identify new creators gaining traction on Twitch
• Conduct research to verify creator authenticity and evaluate audience quality
• Reach out to promising creators, build relationships, and guide them through the next stage of their growth on Twitch
• Search for emerging talent across social platforms and creator communities
• Initiate outreach and persuade creators to join Twitch
• Guide creators through onboarding and ensure they are set up for success
• Stay updated on creator trends and new platforms to improve creator talent identification and development
• Partner with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth and troubleshoot challenges

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management
• Strong data and research skills
• Good judgement and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Curiosity about creator trends and a passion for discovering emerging talent
• Understanding of livestreaming, the creator economy, and online communities

Nice to Have:

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator
• Familiarity with live streaming tools and software
• Existing relationships with content creators across platforms
• Knowledge of the latest content trends across platforms
