  • Security Engagement and External Partnerships: Develop and manage an on-site Security Speaker Series by establishing partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement and government agencies-including FBI, local police departments, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other government partners-to deliver presentations on key security topics.
  • Security Awareness Campaigns: Lead enterprise-wide security awareness campaigns, workshops, tabletops discussions, and special events that promote a proactive security mindset and reinforce Anduril’s commitment to protecting classified information, technology, facilities, and personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Self-driven, go-getter, ambitious mentality, willing to think outside the box, find gaps, and fix them.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of instructional systems design, a proven ability to deliver high-impact briefings, and a thorough understanding of the educational methodologies and compliance procedures necessary to design effective training.
  • Creativity and professionalism; be able to create training that is easy for all personnel to understand, complies with government policy, and incorporates Anduril processes and procedures.
