Safety Specialist II, Privacy

We are looking for a self-driven, critical thinker to join our Privacy Operations team as a Safety Specialist II, Privacy. This role will be part of our growing Trust & Safety Enforcement Operations function and will work directly with users to support privacy-related inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Support escalations and respond to privacy-related inquiries and requests from users
• Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to support team projects and goals
• Analyze and interpret data trends, make recommendations based on trends identified
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve privacy operations and scaled processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance privacy and business objectives

Requirements:

• Regulatory or Trust & Safety operations experience
• Ability to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements
• Experience working on cross-functional projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Zendesk or an internally built support or content moderation tooling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience
