As a Senior Designer, you will deliver remarkable and responsible experiences by creating brand design solutions that are distinctive, inclusive, and aligned with future environmental and social impact needs.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality brand design consistently across packaging, brand identity applications, and brandworld activation assets.
- Ensure all design work is on-brand, distinctive, and aligned with regional and global standards.
- Translate strategic direction into strong design solutions while preserving design intent from concept through delivery.
- Develop and execute packaging design, design adaptations, layouts, artwork direction, and prototypes.
- Create visual design assets for campaigns, innovation, displays, eCommerce, and web touchpoints.
- Contribute to design briefs, responses, and presentation materials.
- Manage design development to deliver projects on time, on brief, and within scope.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Science, Graphic Managers, agencies, and partners.
- Participate in project reviews, workshops, and milestone check-ins.
- Provide clear feedback to agencies and internal partners.
- Contribute to design system application and continuous improvement.
- Build expertise across PX Brand Design T-skills.
- Use digital and AI tools to improve exploration, efficiency, and workflow speed.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent.
- Experience in packaging design, brand identity application, and brandworld activation.
- Experience collaborating with external design agencies, advertising agencies, CMOs, and suppliers.
- Proven ability to create and execute design across multiple consumer and brand touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of shopper and consumer empathy, market trends, and manufacturing/printing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working across global and regional brand standards.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and inclusive design practices.
- Basic finance knowledge relevant to design project planning and delivery.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $116,960.00 - $175,440.00.
- Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation.
- Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
