Senior Store Design & VM Manager SEA

We are seeking a Senior Store Design and VM Manager to join our SEA organisation. As a Senior Store Design and VM Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our SD & VM standards in all Charlotte Tilbury stores in direct markets and indirect markets across SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close communication with Commercial, Retail, Marketing team, Global SD & VM teams and APAC teams to ensure understanding of design intent.
• Work on creative proposals that fit the budget and local engagement needs.
• Adapt and design new store design concepts through global guidelines and past references.
• Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different campaigns and fit local engagement needs.
• Develop special animations & displays for specific occasions, and pop-ups in collaboration with Marketing, Events, and commercial teams.
• Research and analyse event and retail experience trends globally, including physical, digital shopping experience and social workplaces.
• Handle projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.
• Provide a timeline and cost estimation for each project.
• Identify design obstacles and resolutions.
• Review construction drawings from suppliers
• Monitor event production, factory visit, setup and provide reports and follow up on snagging.
• Attend conference calls with retailers and external suppliers to align the requirements.
• Act as a proactive force in enhancing brand image, elevating the experiences in all touchpoints, and leveraging pop-ups/ events to improve client experience & drive sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in interior design or creative design
• Minimum 8 years’ Store Design, Visual Merchandising & graphic design experience in Luxury and Cosmetics industry is preferred.
• Flexible, collaborative, self-motivated, influencing people, strong ownership, and execution.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in oral and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and sketch up is a must.
