Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an intern in Exhibition Management and Curation at the Porsche Museum.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, gain insights into the development and realisation of exhibitions, and support us in conveying Porsche's history, innovations, and brand values to visitors from around the world.
Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting the curation and exhibition management team in day-to-day operations
- Assisting with the conception, planning, and implementation of special and permanent exhibitions
- Conducting historical and content-related research on vehicles, exhibits, and exhibition topics
- Maintaining content, object, and exhibit lists
- Contributing to the creation and updating of exhibition texts, exhibit labels, and digital content
- Supporting vehicle and exhibit changes in the exhibition
- Collaborating on the maintenance and further development of the multimedia guide
- Coordinating with internal departments and external service providers
- Assisting with organisational and project-related tasks related to ongoing exhibition projects
- Gaining insights into project management and production processes for special exhibitions
The internship will start in March or September and last for 6 months.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in museology, cultural studies, history, art history, communication studies, humanities, or a similar field (at least in the 3rd semester or gap year between bachelor and master)
- Interest in museum work, exhibitions, cultural mediation, and automotive history
- First practical experiences in the museum, cultural, event, or project environment are advantageous
- Self-motivated, structured, and meticulous working style
- Creativity, organisational skills, and pronounced teamwork ability
- Very good language skills and enjoyment of working with texts
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills (at least B2)
- High level of initiative and a reliable and solution-oriented working style
