CGI & Generative AI Artist

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for an exceptional CGI and Generative AI artist who combines world-class artistic taste with deep technical expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-end photo-realistic assets while maintaining the balance of CGI and AI in a seamless and fast integration to the post-production pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing engaging CGI/VFX/AI content to a highly creative and technical standard
• Developing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI workflows using leading image, video and 3D AI tools
• Taking assets from conception to final, ensuring seamless blending between traditional 3D elements and AI-generated enhancements
• Working within collaborative AI production environments to develop repeatable, scalable creative workflows
• Writing clean, optimized VEX and Python scripts to automate tasks within Houdini and bridge the gap between 3D assets and AI generation pipelines

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a CGI artist in an agency or post-production studio
• Proven experience with SideFX Houdini
• Deep understanding of generative AI tools and their integration into a commercial production pipeline
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong eye for detail, texture, composition, movement, colour and lighting
