What You'll Do: Lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals. Continuously evaluate performance, mentor team members, and stay current with UX trends and technologies like AI.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Design, or Graphic Design
- User Experience Design - Advanced
- Design research & synthesis - Advanced
- Design strategy - Intermediate
- Presentation Skills - Intermediate
- Adobe Creative Suite - Advanced
- Figma - Advanced
- AI - Intermediate
