Customer Service Domestic Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Domestic Sales Specialist to join our team at Bremer & Leguil, a leading supplier of lubricants, corrosion protection, cleaners, and adhesives.

As a Customer Service Domestic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing competent customer care and communication with customers and field sales representatives
• Maintaining and managing customer and price master data
• Creating quotations and processing orders professionally
• Handling commercial complaints
• Collaborating on departmental and cross-functional projects

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on customer service or sales administration
• Good knowledge of SAP (SD) and proficiency in MS Office 365
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a team-oriented approach
• Independent, reliable, and structured work style with high service orientation
