Sales Development Representative, Dutch Speaking

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our elite sales organization. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the "tip of the spear" in the sales process within an assigned territory of business for prospective accounts.

You will need to have good organization and written/verbal communication skills, be comfortable with making phone calls, and be able to have high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders in medium to large organizations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails
• Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
• Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Exercising leadership, demonstrating effective sales planning, and working in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external customers
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
• Effectively partnering and working across sales teams
• Acting as the subject matter expert on Abnormal AI's product offering

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months-1+ year of proven work experience as a Business Development Rep
• Fluency in Dutch
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
• Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business to value
• Strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
• Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience with AI tools in prospecting and day-to-day workflow
• Drive, grit, team-oriented mindset
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience
