We're looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Lighting Designer to join our design studios in Dearborn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing conceptual and production lighting design solutions for our next-generation products, services, and experiences.
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a similar field, with 4+ years of experience in automotive or transportation design, including experience specific to lighting conceptual design and final product execution. stockings, and a refined sense of form also required.

This position is a salary grade range of 7 - 8 and ranges from $86,600 - $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
