FBS Sr UX Designer

Our Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in User Experience Design, with advanced proficiency in English, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. They will also have intermediate skills in AI and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals.

• Continuously evaluate performance, mentor team members, and stay current with UX trends and technologies like AI.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in User Experience Design

• Proficiency in English

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Design, or Graphic Design

• Advanced skills in User Experience Design, Design research & synthesis, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Intermediate skills in AI and presentation skills
