As a practicum student in our IT department, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche work environment and support us in various projects and tasks. Your responsibilities will include participating in internal IT projects related to the digital workplace, providing advice to users on hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions, troubleshooting end-user devices and media technology, and supporting the operational daily business in the IT department.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in IT support and digital workplaces, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
