FBS SAP ABAP Developer

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations, aiming to build a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

The SAP Finance team supports the Farmers Finance Platform, consisting of SAP systems (S/4, Datasphere, BW/4 HANA), sub-modules (PaPM, BPC, Group Reporting, FSRI, FSCD, MFG, GRC), and supporting technologies (Informatica, UiPath RPA).

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the PaPM team, supporting and reviewing enhancements
• Provide high-level expertise in designing and functioning business applications
• Understand business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT
• Conceptually design business applications
• Review and validate technical designs for business applications provided by suppliers
• Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
• Validate supplier estimates
• Perform impact analysis of application changes across various components
• Estimate Rough Order of Magnitude for implementing new application functionality
• Support implementation activities as required
• Recommend integration and parallel testing criteria
• Act as liaison between Business and IT
• Support users in building Business Cases, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP ABAP
• Experience working with PaPM within SAP
• Strong background experience working with SQL
• Experience working with S/4 HANA
