Senior Business System Analyst, Salesforce

Join Twilio as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Top of Funnel, and play a crucial role in building extraordinary tools and solutions for their rapidly growing Go-To-Market teams.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies. You will develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure compatibility with upstream and downstream systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies
• Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas
• Own projects end-to-end to improve the way Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud, and ETL tools
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines
• Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Partner with 3rd party vendors to implement new out-of-the-box features and design custom solutions

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, Support, and Maintenance
• Experience with Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud / CTA management
• Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into system requirements
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Flow
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architecture into digestible information
• Experience collaborating with a global team

Location:

• Remote - Canada (Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta)

Travel:

• Approximately 10% travel anticipated
