We are a team of Identity and Access Management experts helping customers maximize their Okta IAM platform investment.

Role Summary

As a Principal Delivery Success Manager, you will lead and develop Okta partners to successfully deliver Okta services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio.
• Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model.
• Identify specialization gaps and recommend enablement paths.
• Support partners pursuing product specializations.
• Encourage partner certification and skill development.
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions.
• Classify deployments according to complexity levels.
• Ensure deployments meet Okta delivery standards.
• Capture delivery feedback from Professional Services and customers.
• Serve as the delivery advisor for sales teams.
• Recommend partners based on capability and specialization.
• Assist in identifying partners for complex customer architectures.
• Track ecosystem capability trends.
• Identify gaps in partner expertise or geographic coverage.
• Provide recommendations for partner enablement and recruitment.
• Partner with Professional Services and Alliances on delivery quality and relationship management.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success roles.
• Experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment models.
• Ability to guide partners through complex technology implementations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!

• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java).
• Familiarity with open-source tools and development practices.
• Knowledge of load balancers, reverse proxies, and Web Access Management tech.
• Experience with AI GPTs.

Salary Information

The annual base salary range for this position varies by location:

• San Francisco Bay area: $155,000-$213,400 USD
• Other locations: $138,000-$190,300 USD
