Your tasks will include:
- Advisory, conception, and implementation of comprehensive service processes in the SAP environment - especially with SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Field Service Management
- Transformation of existing CRM and ERP functionalities into modern SAP service processes
- Conception and development of AI use cases in the service area
- Responsibility for presales activities in the service area - from efforts and calculations to participation in offer preparation to presentation to the customer
- (Partial) project leadership with budget and success responsibility
- Further development of our consulting portfolio in the area of Service-to-Satisfaction and expansion of our consulting expertise
To be well-prepared for your path as a Manager:in, you should have the following qualifications in your luggage:
- Completed studies and at least 6 years of professional experience in consulting (or in-house consulting) with a focus on SAP service projects
- Passion for professional and strategic leadership in the context of sales or service processes as well as the expansion of partnerships
- Comprehensive process and customizing knowledge in SAP solutions as well as ideally development knowledge - with experience in at least one of the following solutions: SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Service Cloud, and/or SAP Field Service Management. You also bring experience in leading SAP service projects.
- Your way of working is characterized by a professional appearance, analytical thinking, and independent work as well as teamwork
